The DPERT M135 is a compact, high-precision metal 3D printer that uses Laser Powder Bed Fusion to build complex parts within a 135 × 135 × 150 mm chamber. With 0.03–0.06 mm x-layer thickness,
the system delivers excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy for small components.
A 200 W fiber laser (400 W optional) provides stable energy density and repeatable performance for a wide range of materials. Beyond stainless steel, aluminum and titanium alloys,
the M135 uniquely supports pure copper, enabling efficient production of heat sinks, RF/EMI components and other thermally demanding parts that are difficult to machine conventionally.
Data preparation is streamlined through Magics with the Materialise Build Processor for dpert SLM, allowing users to manage support design, slicing and build setup consistently.
The machine’s footprint and utility requirements are designed for laboratories and pilot-scale production lines, helping users reduce total operating cost while maintaining quality.
A high-purity argon atmosphere ensures a stable build environment for reactive alloys.
Typical applications span aerospace and defense (lightweight brackets, manifolds, waveguides), electronics and semiconductor (cooling components, shielding parts), medical and dental (precision instruments and fixtures),
and mold/automotive (conformal-cooled inserts, small lattice structures). Daegun Tech supports parameter optimization, sample builds and pre-production trials, so new users can move quickly from evaluation to repeatable output.
The M135 is an efficient platform for fast prototyping and small-lot production of complex metal parts where precision, consistency and material flexibility are critical.
