Established in Daejeon in September 2000, SPS began its journey by developing various laptop battery packs. We quickly expanded our business by successfully supplying laptop battery packs and universal laptop adapters to major U.S. distributors such as Duracell, Best Buy, Walmart, and RadioShack. Since the 2010s, in response to the global standardization of the laptop adapter market, we have focused on diversifying our technology and pioneering new markets. This led to the development of an innovative module based on our patented 'Maccon' thin-film magnetic connector technology, enabling magnetic attachment, wireless charging, and data communication simultaneously. Leveraging this technology, we have successfully launched a variety of application products in key markets including Japan, Europe, and the United States. Notably, we have consistently supplied battery packs for medical devices to the U.S. market for over 10 years, demonstrating our specialized expertise. Currently, we are actively expanding our presence in the medical device market through partnerships with local hospital medical device suppliers abroad, OEM/ODM agreements with medical device manufacturers, and collaborations with direct-to-consumer (D2C) home medical device brands. We participate in major medical device exhibitions such as RSNA, Medica, and MD&M West to discover new clients. Through close collaboration with local certification bodies (NRTL) and medical device consulting firms, we proactively respond to market demands. Our goal is to deliver safe and practical products that not only satisfy but deeply impress our customers, achieving our sales targets through continuous growth.
