PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The DPERT M800 is a large-format PBF system with an 800 × 800 × 800 mm build volume and four 1 kW fiber lasers.

It targets large aerospace and defense structures, big molds and tooling, and other industrial components that demand both size and strength.

Layer thickness from 0.05 to 0.12 mm balances productivity and surface quality, while an argon-purged chamber and robust motion control secure dimensional stability.

A dedicated operator platform and optional automatic powder-handling/dust-collection system support safe, continuous operation.

Material capability spans titanium and nickel superalloys through stainless and aluminum alloys. Final utilities and configuration are confirmed at order.
