Anti Fire Power Bank ESS
Our ESS (Energy Storage System) battery solution is designed to deliver exceptional safety, performance, and reliability across a wide range of applications. With advanced explosion-proof coating technology, it significantly reduces fire and explosion risks. By combining bulletproof materials with fire-suppression compounds, the solution ensures protection even under thermal runaway conditions, which are the most critical challenges in lithium-ion batteries.
Powered by high-output 3C lithium-ion polymer cells, the system achieves high power and stable performance. A self-developed Korean industrial-grade inverter guarantees consistent power delivery. In addition, a customized Battery Management System (BMS) supports multiple configurations (7S, 14S, 20S) and a wide range of voltages (24V, 48V, 60V, 72V) and currents (10A–100A). The BMS features automatic cell balancing and temperature cut-off for real-time monitoring, ensuring safety and extended battery life. To validate its durability, the product has undergone hammer impact, drill penetration, and deliberate overcharge tests (3.7V→10.7V), successfully passing fire suppression, explosion prevention, and performance evaluations. These results prove the system’s reliability under real-world conditions.
The solution delivers a rated power output of 6kW, and the output can be customized to meet customer requirements. With a lightweight body of about 35kg and integrated wheels, it is highly portable and easy to operate. Unlike fixed ESS units, this mobile system enhances field flexibility and can be rapidly deployed to meet urgent on-site needs in industrial, commercial, and outdoor environments.
Applications include construction-site generators, welding machines, electric drills, water pumps, cleaning equipment, and air pumps, making it versatile for multiple industries. In areas with no grid connection, it can be paired with solar panels to store and supply renewable energy. It also supports coastal operations by driving water pumps for seawater transfer. This versatility enables businesses and communities to secure a reliable energy source even in remote or unstable power regions.
Our ESS battery solution is also the world’s first to integrate explosion-proof package technology, further enhancing durability and operational safety. Mass production is being established through automated manufacturing processes, ensuring stable supply capability. The solution has already been validated through pilot projects with leading companies such as Samsung C&T, Samsung Heavy Industries, and Samsung Engineering, proving its practicality in demanding industrial scenarios.
